Talk:Vladislav

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Vladislav is not a Russian name. Although used in Russia, it is predominantly found in Western Slavonic cultures (i.e. Czech, Slovak, Polish) and far less often among Southern (i.e. Bulgarian, Serbian) and Eastern (i.e Russian) Slavs.

At best it can be categorized as a Slavic name.

Vladislav was/is a rather common name in most Slavic lands, for example, Stefan Vladislav I of Serbia. Sotnik (talk) 05:08, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
