Česky: Vlajka obce Opatovice nad Labem, okres Pardubice. List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, bílý vlnitý o dvou vrcholech a jedné prohlubni a modrý, v poměru 6:1:1. Nad prohlubní kosmo bílý rošt, jehož středem je šikmo prostrčená žlutá berla závitem k žerdi.
