Česky: Vlajka města Bečov nad Teplou, okres Karlovy Vary. List tvoří červený žerďový pruh, široký pět dvanáctin délky listu, a pět vodorovných pruhů, střídavě modrých a bílých. V červeném pruhu bílý dvouocasý lev se žlutou zbrojí, držící v pravé tlapě černý mlátek na hnědé násadě.
