Česky: Vlajka města Slatiňany, okres Chrudim. Červený list s bílým kosmým pruhem širokým dvě třetiny šířky listu na žerďovém okraji, který vychází z horního rohu listu a končí v dolním cípu listu. Uprostřed černý cválající kůň se žlutým uzděním.
