Česky: Vlajka města Staré Město, okres Uherské Hradiště. Modrý list se žlutou palisádou na dolním okraji dosahující do pěti třináctin šířky listu. Za palisádou vyrůstá bílá rotunda s apsidou, červenými střechami a žlutým křížkem na vrcholu.
