Česky: Vlajka města Sedlice, okres Strakonice. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, modrý a zubatý, kvádrovaný, bílý v poměru 2:1. Do modrého pruhu vyrůstá hnědý medvěd se žlutou zbrojí a obojkem s řetězem. Bílý pruh má 5 zubů vysokých jednu desetinu šířky listu a čtyři stejné mezery.
