Vizcarra (sometimes spelled as "Viscarra") is a Basque surname which orginiated in the town of Guernica, Spain. This surname is mostly found in the Basque country, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and the Philippines.

In Basque, "Bizkarra" means "back" or "shoulder".
