Vitaly Efimov

Vitaly Efimov is a Russian theoretical physicist, who in 1970 proposed the existence of a novel and exotic state of matter now dubbed the Efimov State. This state of matter has just recently been confirmed to exist.
He is now a professor of physics at the University of Washington.
