VIT, C.A. (Venezolana de Industrias Tecnológicas, Compañía Anónima) is a computer hardware manufacturer which produces desktop and laptop computers, thanks to the supporter of LangChao and the Venezuelan government. The first computers they've produced are called Computador Bolivariano (English: Bolivarian Computer), which come with the Kubuntu Linux operating system.[citation needed] The company hopes to sell many computers at a low cost. Production target for the first year is 80,000 computers, of which most will be purchased by the state.
