Vista Del Lago High School (or commonly referred to as VLHS) is located in Folsom, California. It is one of three high schools in the Folsom Cordova Unified School District having just opened in August of 2007 to serve the Empire Ranch region of Folsom. The official colors for VLHS are navy blue and silver and the mascot is an eagle. This school has an impressive athletic program including a dance team, football, basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, golf, volleyball and more.
