Visso is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche, located about 80 km southwest of Ancona and about 50 km southwest of Macerata. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,215 and an area of 99.7 km².[1]
Visso borders the following municipalities: Acquacanina, Castelsantangelo sul Nera, Cerreto di Spoleto, Fiordimonte, Foligno, Monte Cavallo, Pieve Torina, Preci, Sellano, Serravalle di Chienti, Ussita.
