Welcome, Visual Basic 5.0!
Here are some useful tips to ease you into the Wikipedia experience:

- I've converted the block to anon-only, since you seem to have a non-disruptive edit history built up. In this case, the IP address in question doesn't have too many edits and doesn't look abundantly shared -- blocking admins always have to make the best decision they can with the information they have available at the time. - Thanks. FYI, someone should block 163.192.21.43 anon-only, also, since that IP is also used by us. Whoever here is doing the spam has a 50/50 chance of coming in via that IP. Visual Basic 5.0 14:30, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
