Viru Keemia Grupp (VKG) is an Estonian holding group of chemical, energy and public utility companies. Main subsidiaries of Viru Keemia Grupp are:
- VKG Oil - oil shale chemical industry, shale oil producer
- VKG Resins - producer of urea formaldehyde and liquid phenol formaldehyde resins
- Viru RMT – metal company producing, assemblying and repairing of metal structures, pipelines and pressure equipment
- VKG Transport – transportation company
- Viru Vesi – public utility company (water supply)
- VKG Energia - power company
