Virtual Pro Wrestling 64 is a video game released in 1997 on the Nintendo 64 game console. The game was only released in Japan. Developed by the same people who made WCW vs. nWo: World Tour, the game is very similar to its American counterpart. The game included wrestlers from major Japanese promotions such as New Japan Pro Wrestling and All Japan Pro Wrestling but also included characters from America such as those from WCW and UFC.
The game was succeeded by Virtual Pro Wrestling 2, which was released on the Nintendo 64 in 2000.
