State Route 86 is a short continuation of North Carolina Highway 86 in the U.S. state of Virginia. It extends from the south side of Danville at U.S. Route 29 Business across the Danville Expressway (U.S. Route 29/58) to the North Carolina state line, where it connects with NC 86.
