State Route 645 is a secondary state highway in southern Fairfax County, Virginia. It is the main road through the town of Clifton.

(From west to east)
- From starting terminus to the town of Clifton, VA speed limit is 45 M.P.H.
- In the town of Clifton, VA speed limit is 25 M.P.H.
- From there until the junction with Ox Road speed limit 35 M.P.H.
- After junction with Ox Road until second Rte. 643 junction speed limit is 40 M.P.H.
- Until junction with Braddock Road; speed limit is 35 M.P.H. despite having four lanes
