State Route 407 is a primary state highway in the South Hampton Roads area of the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs along Indian River Road from State Route 168 (Campostella Road) east through Chesapeake to its border with Virginia Beach. SR 407 used to continue east to State Route 190 in Virginia Beach; it was truncated in 2001, when the other 400-series routes in Virginia Beach were decommissioned.
