State Route 406 is a primary state highway in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. It runs along International Terminal Boulevard from Interstate 564 west to State Route 337. As the name implies, this is the primary route for traffic bound for the Norfolk International Terminals, the entrance of which is immediately beyond the western terminus of the road at State Route 337 (Hampton Boulevard).
