State Route 290 is a primary state highway in the town of Dayton, Virginia, United States. It is essentially the part of State Route 701 in Dayton; both ends of SR 290 are at the town limits, where it continues as SR 701. SR 290 uses Huffman Drive, Main Street (State Route 42 Business), and College Street in Dayton.
