State Route 257 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs from State Route 924 at Hone Quarry east via Ottobine, Dayton, and Bridgewater to Interstate 81 near Mt. Crawford. SR 924 continues west to the West Virginia state line, where it becomes County Route 25 to Sugar Grove and U.S. Route 220.
