State Route 255 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs from U.S. Route 17/U.S. Route 50 north through Millwood to U.S. Route 340 towards Berryville. SR 255 is part of the original state highway from Millwood north to West Virginia (State Route 361).
