State Route 191 is a primary state highway in Chesapeake, Virginia, United States. It runs parallel to Interstate 664 from U.S. Route 13/U.S. Route 460 at Bowers Hill (where Military Highway leaves the alignment next to the railroad) northwest to State Route 337 at Jolliff.
