State Route 187 is a primary state highway in the Eastern Shore region of the U.S. state of Virginia. It crosses the peninsula from State Route 658 at Guilford east to State Route 679 at Modest Town, crossing State Route 316 in Bloxom and U.S. Route 13 at Nelsonia.
