State Route 181 is a primary state highway in the Eastern Shore region of the U.S. state of Virginia. It connects U.S. Route 13 with State Route 178 in Belle Haven, turning north there to end at the north town limits. State Route 609 continues north to and beyond State Route 178 at Pungoteague.
