State Route 172 is a primary state highway in the Virginia Peninsula area of the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs from State Route 134 in northern Hampton past the west side of Langley Air Force Base, and then north on Wythe Creek Road into Poquoson, ending at Poquoson Avenue after crossing State Route 171.
