State Route 141 is a primary state highway in Portsmouth, Virginia, United States. Mostly an old alignment of U.S. Route 17, it runs from US 17 southwest of downtown northeast along George Washington Highway and north on Effingham Street to downtown. There it turns west on London Boulevard, ending at U.S. Route 58 at the south end of the Martin Luther King Freeway.
