State Route 128 is a primary state highway in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States, using Mayflower Drive and part of Candlers Mountain Road. It runs from State Route 163 (Wards Road) southeast on Candlers Mountain Road, picking up U.S. Route 501 at the Lynchburg Expressway. About halfway to U.S. Route 460, SR 128 turns northeast on Mayflower Drive to its end at U.S. Route 460 Business/U.S. Route 501 Business (Campbell AVenue) in the Fairview Heights section of Lynchburg.
