State Route 10 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia, running between Richmond and Suffolk.

For much of its distance, SR 10 parallels the south bank of the James River, serving the City of Hopewell and Town of Smithfield, following a colonial stagecoach route.
At Surry, SR 10 provides a connection to State Route 31 and the Jamestown Ferry.
SR 10 also provides access to many historical sites, including:
