State Route 105 is a primary state highway on the Virginia Peninsula in Hampton Roads, Virginia, United States. It connects Fort Eustis Army Base to U.S. Route 17 in York County. The road gets its name from Fort Eustis, which is located on the James River.

The route begins at the gate of Fort Eustis, and immediately crosses under U.S. Route 60. After crossing the Lee Hall Reservoir, it junctions Interstate 64 at exit 250, then immediately intersects with State Route 143 (Jefferson Avenue). The road continues on for 3 miles before it intersects with US 17.

Route 105 runs alongside Newport News Park, with three entrances to the park near the road. The main entrance is near the intersection of Fort Eustis Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue. Another entrance is located about a tenth of a mile east of Jefferson Avenue. The third entrance is the Deer Run Golf Course, at the intersection with Woodside Lane.
