The Virginia Partisans (short for Virginia Partisans Gay & Lesbian Democratic Club) is a GLBT-rights group in the Virginia, affiliated with the Stonewall Democrats and the Democratic Party.

The Virginia Partisans organization was founded in 1992 by Adam Ebbin, now a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, to help elect pro-equality Democrats in Virginia.

The group's motto is "building a broader coalition in the Commonwealth" and it has regional chapters in Northern Virginia, Tidewater, Richmond, Charlottesville, and Roanoke. Previous presidents include Ebbin, Michael Perez, Joseph Smith, Judy Moats, Kevin Medwedeff, Jim Ball, and Josh Israel. The current president is Charley Conrad.
