Virginia Law Weekly

Virginia Law Weekly is a weekly newspaper published by students at the University of Virginia School of Law each Friday of the school year, excluding breaks and exam periods. In 2006 and again in 2007, the Law Weekly was recognized as Best Law School Newspaper by the Law Student Division of the American Bar Association. [1] [2]
Virginia Law Weekly was first printed in 1948 and has been cited by several courts in published judicial opinions, including the U.S. Supreme Court (Patterson v. New York (1977)), the Fifth Circuit (Thermo King v. White's Trucking Service, 292 F.2d 668 (5th Cir. 1961)), and numerous state courts.
Chris Tucker, a third-year law student from Raleigh, North Carolina, is the current Editor-in-Chief.
