Virgin Charter is an online marketplace for selling, purchasing, and booking charter flights on private aircraft. The company is privately held and headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Virgin Charter is a venture between the founder of the Virgin Group, Sir Richard Branson and entrepreneur Scott Duffy. Virgin Charter is also a founding member of the Air Taxi Association (ATXA).
