Virgil LeVan Seay (born January 1, 1958 in Moultrie, Georgia) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins and the Atlanta Falcons. He played college football at Troy State University. Seay spent several years as an assistant varsity football coach at Lake Braddock Secondary School in addition to his work with the track team. He now teaches special ed and coaches track at Williamsburg Middle School in Arlington, Virginia.
