Image:Virgin Unite logo.png

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Virgin Unite's logo. Sourced from, and copyright Virgin Group/Virgin Unite. Appears to be a redrawing of this in .png format.

I don't get why a fair use rationale is needed for a straightforward logo, but here we go:

  1. No other picture can give the same information as this logo.
  2. As the picture itself has no value beyond brand recognition, publication of it can only increase brand recognition, and would not adversely affect the copyrighted media.
  3. The size of the media should not matter in this case; its size has no bearing on piracy. This logo has no monetary value for reproductions, etc.
  4. The logo has previously been published.
  5. It's encyclopedic for our article on Virgin Unite.
  6. It meets policy requirements.
  7. It's used in Virgin Unite
  8. It contributes significantly to the article, identifying the subject of the article.
  9. It is used only in the article namespace.
  10. It is attributed correctly. It's fair use in Virgin Unite only, because it identifies the subject of that article.
