Like the template above the article says, it uses a lot of jargon. It doesn't really explain what this kind of mediatation is to someone who is new to it. --Umalee 23:50, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

This article should make clear what it's talking about. Vipassana is a very broad term, covering a wide variety of practices and traditions. This article is probably about only one. Peter jackson 10:46, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
