Violent Silence is a Swedish progressive rock band. The most distinguishing feature of the band is the fact that they use two keyboards instead of any guitars. The band's uniqueness has brought it several positive reviews. So far they have released two studio albums, Violent Silence in 2003 and Kinetic in 2005. All their songs are written by Hannes Ljunghall and/or Johan Hedman.
