[edit] September or November?

David Oistrakh, who premièred the concerto in Moscow on September 16, 1940.

Is it really September? What I read from Naxos, it said it is premiered on 16th November 1940...

Which one is correct??

I have edit it to November, will only edit it back to September if anyone found the source and only if the source is reliable.
