Vinjak
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Vinjak is a brandy produced in Serbia by the Rubin Kruševac company. Previously known as Cognac, it was renamed Vinjak when stricter laws governing the what may be branded Cognac came into force. However, like French cognac, Vinjak is still rated VS (Very Special), VSOP (Very Special Old Pale) or XO (Extra Old) depending on how long it was aged in a cask.
The drink itself is light brown, and contains 40% alcohol.
