Vincent Corrao

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Vincent "Vinny Butch" Corrao (b. 1967) is a Caporegime in the New York Gambino crime family and the son of longtime Gambino member, Joseph "Joe Butch" Corrao.

Reportedly taking over his father's crew because of his illness and later death in 2001, Corrao is, according to Jerry Capeci, young and strong and maybe the future generation of the Gambino crime family. Vincent Corrao was tried with racketeering in early 2005, and pleaded guilty, as well as to loansharking and extortion, giving him 63 months in prison as sentence, as well as high fines and narcotic shakedowns in a club in Fort Lee, New Jersey and a restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, where his crew is originally based.
