Vincennes Racecourse

Hippodrome de Vincennes is located in Paris, France. It is used for horse racing. It has a capacity of 60,000. It was created in 1863, and rebuilt in 1879 after being destroyed in the 1870 War.

It has been used for concerts as well, with Michael Jackson in 1992, Metallica and ACDC playing there in September, 1991, and Queen in 1986 during Queen's Magic Tour. It was also used for a Guns N' Roses Use Your Illusion Tour concert in June 1992 that was shown on Pay Per View around the world. With frontman Axl Roses voice sounding spectacular and then lead guitarist Slash's guitar solos near perfection it was this GNR show that is widely regarded as the best Guns N' Roses live performance of all time.
