Vin de Bugey Cerdon VDQS
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Vin de Bugey Cerdon is a rosé sparkling wine that qualifies for a VDQS. It is produced in the area around Cerdon, Ain in France.
Often containing Gamay, Vin de Bugey Cerdon is typically low in alcohol, pink in color, and slightly sparkling, less so than most sparkling wines. Since it has good acidity, it is particularly refreshing.
It should not be confused with the still, red wine labeled as just Bugey.
