This edit is not the kind of thing that will build you reputation as an editor. Making a major POV change under the pretext of a spelling fix is extremely frowned upon. If you can find a reliable source that uses the neologism "Driving While Black" to refer to the tail light thing then maybe that can be added to the article, but certainly not as a fact rather than an interpretation and probably not in a section which is supposed to give a short and neutral summary of a disputed incident.
