Where do you get these pictures? What are their copyright status? Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. -- Kl4m Talk Contrib 04:22, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

OK, you seem to be the creator. forget about this. -- Kl4m Talk Contrib 04:24, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

Just read this carefully: WP:COI and WP:V. These are clear guidelines about conflict of interest and veifiability. Ideally, someone should not write an article about themselves or a group in which they belong. Information in an article still must be referenced by a credible third party (newspaper, scientific journal, maybe official Web site if non controversial info), Even if you know it to be true, so that others can verify the content. Be careful to keep a neutral tone and it should be OK. Examples :

  • "has reportedly been in talks with several major labels." needs a proper reference or it's gone.
  • "sensational mega-hit chart topping musical phenomena" That's just not serious.

If you can't source the content, it just can't be in the encyclopedia. You can talk about it on a MySpace page sure, but Wikipedia can't hold unverified content. Labels talks are a statement about notability of the subject and so should be verifiable. I'm going to sleep now. [edit] License tagging for Image:YellowVG.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:YellowVG.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 05:09, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
