[edit] More On His Visa History

Since there is a lot of debate about the H1B Visa program, it would be nice if someone could do a section on the types of visas VK used to get through school and US citizenship. [edit] Could somebody please explain what "sav" means?

The section "Personal" states: "Neal is a sav."

Could somebody please explain what "sav" means? I am not a native english speaker (I'm german), so I am puzzled what this means. Is it an abbreviation, or some indian Term?
