I think the toll bridges now are administered by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.

[edit] Spoilers here?

Maybe in place of this, a section called "In the media" should be created. "Spoilers here" belongs on a page about a movie or TV show IMHO. Ronbo76 03:50, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wrong Bridge!

The Vincent Thomas Bridge had a featured role in the film Head, featuring rock group The Monkees, released in 1968. The first scene of the film features a dedication ceremony for the bridge, which is interrupted by the group members, who commit suicide by running into the middle of the ceremony and jumping off the bridge. You are mistaken, Reluctantpopstar. The bridge featured at the beginning of Head was the Gerald Desmond Bridge, not the Vincent Thomas Bridge! I have deleted this erroneous information from the article. 24.168.42.182 20:52, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
