To keep from having problems with what his last name is from arising, it needs to be clarified that Van is Vincent's father's first name, not part of his last name. There has been no indication that this is not true on the show, as his father is usually reffered to as just Clemmons and not Van Clemmons which indicates to me that Van is his father's name and not part of the last name. So Vincent is just Vincent Clemmons, not Vincent van Clemmons. - HuskersRule 02:10, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

Maybe I'm missing something, but when did we learn that he was "was the victim of a brutal and humiliating beating"? As I remember it, he had his pants pulled down. Humiliating? Yes. Brutal? Debatable. A Beating? I don't think so. What do you guys think? -- Michael H. Cox
