[edit] Articles needed for Diabolico and Olympius

I seriously believe with the size of the Diabolico and Olympius sections they should have articles believe it not. Those sections seem like average article size. Some Power Rangers characters do have less history with articles. Is the reason for these two characters not having articles because this Villains list is small enough to handle the two characters?.
