Viktoria Borzenkova (born December 25, 1981 in St. Petersburg) is a Russian pair skater. She competes with partner Andrei Chuvilaev. They finished 15th in their only trip to the World Figure Skating Championships, in 2002. Since 2003, they have been coached by former Olympic gold medalist Oksana Kazakova.
