Viktor Röthlin

Viktor Röthlin (born October 14, 1974) is a Swiss long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon.

He won the silver medal at the 2006 European Championships, and the bronze medal at the 2007 World Championships.

He also competed in the marathon at the 2000 Olympics, finishing 36th, and at the 2004 Olympics where he did not finish.

In 2007, he established a new Swiss record at the Zurich Marathon with his time of 2:08:20.

In February 2008, he won the Tokyo Marathon with a new Swiss record (2:07:23).
