Viktor Matvienko (Russian: Виктор Антонович Матвиенко; born October 26, 1948 in Zaporizhia) is a former Ukrainian footballer.
During his career he played for Metallurg Zaporizhya (1966-1967, 1970), SKA Odessa (1968-1969), Dynamo Kiev (1970-1977), and FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk (1978). He earned 21 caps for the USSR national football team, and participated in UEFA Euro 1972. He also won a bronze medal in football at the 1976 Summer Olympics.
